Nov 14 2007 - Good Neighbours Awards
Location: Italian Cultural Centre
The Good Neighbours Awards celebration is an annual event hosted by the Association of Neighbourhood Houses of Greater Vancouver (ANH) to honour volunteers who have made significant contributions to their neighbourhoods and communities. For the past twenty-two years we have been celebrating neighbours and neighbourhoods at a special annual dinner and awards ceremony. Send in your nominations. Aug 25, 26, 27, 2007 - Family Camp 2007
Location: Sasamat Outdoor Centre, Belcarra
Cost: $60/adult, $45/child
Come join us for our family camp overnight stay and enjoy a weekend of fun filled adventure! We will have catered meals, time for canoeing, kayaking, swimming in Sasamat Lake, hikes, arts and crafts, and even a campfire with songs and stories! Our accomodations will be the rustic cabins and cottages of Sasamat Outdoor Centre.

Location: Trout Lake Community Centre

Cedar Cottage has been proud to have held the 22nd Annual Mother's Day Pow Wow this year at Trout Lake. These gatherings are a celebration of spirit of our mothers, grandmothers, friends and ancestors. Festivities include and Honouring Ceremony, Princess and Brave pageant, Traditional Dancing celebrations, Native Craft market, and food and refreshments.
June 9, 2007 - Community Carnival

Cake Walk, silent auction, ethnic lunch, bake sale, dunk tank, kids' carnival, 50/50 draw, flea market, food, fun and games, prizes, face panting, clowns, bingo, entertainment, fun for all ages!
